Our first international office is located in the iconic General Motors Building at 767 Fifth Avenue, between 58th and 59th Streets. Located in the middle of New York City’s central business district, this office is right on the edge of Central Park with convenient access to transportation and other amenities. Having a team in the largest global investment hub enables BCI to foster new relationships while generating additional opportunities to invest capital through our direct and fund investment programs.

Our London, U.K. office is conveniently located at Portman Square in the vibrant neighbourhood of Marylebone. Surrounded by lush green spaces, the area boasts beautiful architecture amidst shops and restaurants. An important evolution of BCI and our infrastructure & renewable resources strategy, our first location outside North America allows us to strengthen capabilities and capture new opportunities in the U.K. and across Europe.
